Teen Training
Please note that all prices are applicable for one child only.
We believe it is essential for each client to participate in a minimum of three sessions per week and for those sessions to continue indefinitely. This is to ensure the full benefits of regular fitness training and is in line with the Australian Government’s advice on the minimum amount of vigorous intensity physical activity a child should participate in each week. (More information can be found on our Education page.)
Weekly Rates:
Three sessions per week – $25 per week.
Four sessions per week – $33.50 per week.
Five sessions per week – $41.50 per week.
For pay weekly options, all payments are charged in arrears.
We are pleased to offer a convenient term payment option, which provides a cost-saving alternative to weekly payments. This option involves a single upfront payment covering approximately the entire school term. Please note that the number of weeks in a school term may vary.
Term Rates:
3 sessions per week x 10 weeks (30 sessions total): $235
4 sessions per week x 10 weeks (40 sessions total): $310
5 sessions per week x 10 weeks (50 sessions total): $390
For term rates, payments must be made in advance.
Important Notice: Although we offer both morning and afternoon sessions on weekdays (up to 10 sessions per week), clients may only attend one session per day. Attending multiple sessions in a single day is strongly discouraged, as it can be counterproductive to fitness goals and may negatively impact health and wellbeing, increasing the risk of physical exhaustion or burnout.
