All our group training sessions are currently held at Blatchford Sporting & Recreation Reserve.
We are fully licensed by Moreton Bay Council to use this area for group training.
Public toilets and drinking water are available. (Although we recommend all clients to bring sufficient drinking water with them)
Why train outdoors?
Exercising outdoors provides unique benefits that go beyond physical fitness. Exposure to natural sunlight helps the body produce vitamin D, which supports bone health, immune function, and overall wellbeing. Sunlight also helps regulate sleep patterns and can boost mood by increasing serotonin levels. Fresh air improves oxygen intake, making exercise feel more energising and refreshing compared to indoor environments. Together, sunlight and fresh air can reduce stress, enhance mental clarity, and create a more enjoyable and motivating exercise experience.
